In my canon, Blast Attack is not a unique character, but an army-builder. They are “made of” unfortunate civilians and enemy combatants that the Snakemen have enslaved as prisoners and “cyborged” them into kamikaze soldiers ready to spread terror among the subjugated or soon-to-be-subjugated non-Snakeman races. What more effective strategy to dominate by terror than to have a murderously brutal army fearlessly ready to blow themselves up at the drop of a hat taking away with them any close-by disobeying renegades? Who would dare defy the Snakemenʼs fascist regime under such instant-death-assured conditions?
