Can't change address at Mattel Creations account

What's happening at Mattel creations?
I can't change the address, I also tried to create a new account but it won't let me add an address. The window turns grey and that's it.

I tried different phones and different browsers, all the same.

I just tried and it did the same to me. Must be a website issue.

Try contacting MC over the phone and see if they can fix it for you in real time, just don't hang up until you see it fixed on the screen with an email confirmation.

I believe their website/email service sucks, and they don't get back to you in a timely manner.

Thank you for the replies. Unfortunately they charge a lot for European customers calls and leave you half an hour waiting in line.

Creating a new account doesn't work either haha, because one can't enter an address.

I got the gray window as well.

I never noticed before that Mattel Creations has the same address as Mattel's East Aurora, NY Toy Store & Fisher Price Headquarters.

I have never had to enter anything into Mattel Creations. Weird. Same with sites like mondo or Funko. It all populated automatically I guess when ShopPay was used the first time.

I remember when I made my account for my 1st purchase I was freaked out because I couldn’t put any address or card on file. Then the pay screen populated itself! Bam! I suppose it’s different in other countries or if the Shop thing isn’t available to you. Hmmm.

I'm having the same problem. I've recently moved house so I need my address changed. I've submitted a customer service form but I did that before and heard nothing back.
