No, it's not Lotr, it's from McFarlane Toys Spawn Gunslinger.
The size is practically identical to that of Arrow and Swiftwind Classics, while the Lotr horses are slightly smaller.

Excellent job, i was always confused on the colors to use for Charger, she is depicited as yellow(golden in some instantnces), this off white gray and i even think blue in one, who reference photo did you use to paint it?

I haven't painted it, it's cream colored like in the original toy. It seemed to me a good compromise between the gold of some images and the white of others.
