Keldor and Kronis Origins 2 pack production error?

Hi - I purchased the Keldor and Kronis 2 pack from the Origins line and it just arrived.
Instead of a Keldor head it has two different Skeletor heads. Does anyone know is this a known production issue or something unique?
I think the second head is the Battle Armour head.

Just noticed Kronis' gun and armour are also missing, and Keldors armour doesn't have the green bat.
It's not just me, this is weird right?

Someone probably stole the armor for Kronis and switched out some Skeletor parts. This type of **** is running rampant right now and it sucks.

As far as we know that isnt going to happen with Origins.
