2023 Skelebration

In a recent Instagram post (hilariously posted shortly after one of SpectorCreative's recent videos about MOTU's demise), Skeletor was quoted: "I've had enough of He-Man's fun last year and now '23 is for ME! My first order of Business? To see all your Eternian creations - drawings, photos, videos, or whatever you can think of! Just make sure to tag @masters and #MOTUesdays to get my attention. Stay tuned for the first challenge!" There's also a photo (posted below) asking that we "Consider this year a full-scale Skelebration!"

Since he used the #MOTUesdays tag in the post, we might see the first "challenge" today.

We're already getting Origins Snake Armor Skeletor, the Screech/Skeletor pack, probably Dragon Blaster, and Masterverse New Adventures Skeletor.

Mattel also recently trademarked "Sassy Skeletor" for clothing, dinnerware, and wall decorations.

So shaping up to be a big year for Skeletor already.

It has renewed my hope for a single-release of the 40th Anniversary Skeletor.

Yeah I saw that last week, a nice fun thing to look forward to this year, the 40th anniversary stuff was handled pretty well by Mattel, all the different news and products announced etc.

I think we will definitely see an Anniversary Masterverse Skeletor. Sassy Skeletor sounds intriguing
