There not a lot to Powers of Grayskull. Two, maybe three figures, the giants and the dinos. What really makes getting Powers of Grayskull had to get the the low number of creatures and vehicles we get in Origins.
In 2020 we got 5 creatures/vehicles but two of them were Panthor.
In 2021 we got the Wind Raider.
In 2022 we got Stridor and the Roton, and you can probably still get them to day.
This year we've gotten the Ground Ripper and we'll be getting the Talon Fighter soon.
Next year is looking good for the Bashasaurus as it's shown up in cart art in core wave 13 and deluxe wave 6, the only other time we got something showing up in card art so frequently was back in core wave 9 and deluxe wave 4 amongst witch three pieces of art work had Snakemen.
I look forward to finding out that we're not done with ROTS and the next 3 MC exclusives are Holographo, Kikto and Zap Man, identical to 3-pack.
This was something I read on one of the Sun-Man/Butterfly Woman Facebook Groups a while back. It was one of a series of text stories about the various (released) characters. I'm pretty sure it was from the vintage Olmec era.
Completely unrelated: If You ever get the chance to read Butterfly Woman's Mini-Comic, please do Yourself the favor! That woman has the MOST useful super-power I have EVER seen! Makes things like "flight" or "super-strength" look like ridiculous after-thoughts! LOL
Also unrelated: should Masters of The Universe: Origins ever deign to cover the members of Butterfly Woman's toy line, as they have with her ally Sun-Man, the addition of her evil half-sister, The Moth, would be most welcome!

"Listen Closely-- This is the TRUTH, No mere Myth!"
Well, Drat.
https://www.faceboook.com/OlmecToys/
The name of the Group is
Rulers of The Sun: Sun-Man and Butterfly Woman
As with any Facebook Group, the more new content that is added, the further the earlier stuff gets pushed down the page.
I scrolled (and scrolled, and scrolled) down towards the bottom, and I passed the Mini-Comic/Origin Story Text Booklet for Sun-Man and his crew posted on April 16, 2022.
My own computer conked out/refused to refresh the page--twice-- in early/mid-August 2021, but I know the Butterfly Woman Story Booklet is down there somewhere.
Sorry I'm no help with that. :^(
"Listen Closely-- This is the TRUTH, No mere Myth!"
Vehicle wise I think we got 2 for each corresponding year, Sky Sled and Wind Raider, Land Shark and Stridor, Roton and Ground Ripper, and for this year either we get two more besides the Talon Fighter/Point Dread if they consider this one as a playset, or we get just only one more!?
The potential heavy hinted upcoming vehicles are Bashasaurus and Spydor if we follow the art work we’ve seen thus far…
Creativity is addictive.
I looked trough all of it and found zilch.
What was her power at least?
Drat again. Sorry about that. >:^(
Butterfly Woman's most incredible super power is that...!
She can flutter her wings, and a golden glitter will sprinkle off and flutter to the ground. When she passes her hand over the glitter, it turns into CASH MONEY!! In her other-dimensional home kingdom of Half Moon, she produced gold coins with her face on them. On Earth, the glitter turned into piles of thousand-dollar bills!!!
I USED to think that invulnerability or somesuch nonsense would be a good power to have... LOL
"Listen Closely-- This is the TRUTH, No mere Myth!"
...Well, screw Sun-Man then. Butterfly Woman is "The greatest hero of them all". Where's her Origins figure?
(In all seriousness, I'm kinda tired of Olmec toys but I wouldn't mind BW line, it's just 3 toys after all....but maybe start doing Princess Of Power first. Finish at least first 84 Wave before touching it.)
I wonder what's the plot. Even if I didn't read it, I'd guess that Sun-Man fights Hog-Head but who does Butterfly Woman fight? Any characters that could be used for action figures?
BTW Butterfly Woman would be a tough sell for motu considering that we already have Flutterina.
LOL Do I have some bad news for You!
Apart from her imprisoned evil half-sister The Moth, Butterfly Woman's main villain (who got a figure and everything) is a tricky and ferocious half-cat/half-woman called Felina.
But--! People like Sun-Man's friend Hypno, and still clamor for Castaspella, so it might still work out... :^D

From what I remember, The Moth had spiky blonde hair, and wore a purple and gold bodysuit/boots combo to match her wings? I remember distinctly that Butterfly Woman kept her in an open-air domed cage that was too small for her to even stand up in..!

I could read the minicomic (Is on Sun-Man & Butterfly Woman FB Group) and The Moth is as you said. In case she was made, she should totally redesigned by Axel Gimenez. BTW Felina is the villain, so in case Butterfly Woman was added to Princess of Power Origins subline, Felina could be made an Horde Member.
I think Rulers of the Sun were relatively successful and may be considered just a bit peg-warmish.
I hope POP takes over as the next line. I'd be happy with 10 POP figures, something like:
Adora
Glimmer
Angela
Bow
Light Hope
Frosta
Castaspella
Shadow Weaver
Catra
Scorpia
I'd easily purchase Swift wind and depending on how well designed Clawdeen is, get that too.
I'd also buy Crystal Castle but it would need to be a mix of the vintage and the Filmation golden tower with the red gem.
I'd definitely not buy any Fuerza T or any other bootleg type of action figure.
Some random Classics stuff I'd like to see in Origins:
Demo Man
Draego Man
Castle Grayskull Man
Fighting Foe Men
Fang Man
Strong Arm
Oo-Larr
Red Beast Man
Strobo
Vikor
Vykron
Battleground Teela
Well, no way I could have found it because when I scrolled it stopped at 2016.
Somehow I didn't know that Felina was the villain. Feels slightly too blatant (especially since she has a Double Trouble gimmick)
That comic took some mad turns. Imagine landing on a foreign planet while hunting a dangerous criminal and just going "I think I'll buy several businesses".
Butterfly Woman minicomic is crazy
I gues if they ever made them for MOTUO, they should make an all new origins.
I was happy to see ROTS folded into MOTU as a "new" heroic faction. It was an unexpectedly cool move from Mattel and added depth to the brand. I think the figures turned out great and are note perfect in terms of accuracy to the originals.
That being said, now that by the middle of this year all 10 characters shown on that vintage poster will have been released, I too feel that it's time to move on. Initially I assumed that they would slowly put them out, at a rate of maybe a couple every year, but they pumped out all of them in what, less than a year? In light of that I can totally understand the frustration of some fans. It seems really borderline insulting that by mid 2023, Origins will have 10 Sun Man figures out (plus variants, so around 13 or so?) that nobody asked for, yet only a paltry, pathetic showing of 1, ONE, POP figure (and not a very good version at that). Mattel really needs to makes the fans whole and re-focus on established MOTU characters who have gone ignored for too long.
Honestly, I'm glad it took only 5 Waves, soon we would end up with more Waves with ROTS than without them.
For POP it really seems like Mattel is content to release them in Masterverse instead of Origins. But since 2024 will be the 40th anniversary of Princess of Power, it does make sense to make that a POP year for Origins. Hopefully we find out more about that in the near future.
