What ONE Masterverse figure will/does fit in best with Origins?

I am all in on Origins and will buy multiples of everything they make to support the line. It is the vintage update I have wanted for 30+ years!

I have dabbled in Masterverse but do not collect the line extensively. I have MV Two Bad on my shelf with my Origins baddies and found that I really like his scale. The difference gives the display a 200X vibe and really mixes different eras in a nice way.

That got me thinking that certain other Masterverse figures may look cool with Origins for whatever reason - a giant (relative to Origins) Multi-Bot and/or Modulock may be appropriately awesome/terrifying for example.

So I pose this question to you, fellow Orgers - if you could only have ONE Masterverse to display with Origins (or vintage, same principle), who would it be?

Mmmaybe Beastman, since he's supposed to be a big lad? Personally, I don't feel the styles really match as the Masterverse figures seem a lot more detailed than Origins and its vintage style.

I did do some mix-and-matching with a Spikor I bought on sale and cobbled him together with some spare Skeletor bits. It kinda works if ye don't look too closely.

Roboto works remarkably well. He had a unique look in then vintage line so it makes sense for him to look different here as well.

—- oops, I thought you said classics. Well, roboto as a
Massive unit would still work n

I just don't think their aesthetics mesh well together. Masterverse and Classics? Sure. Masterverse and 200x? Why not. But I can't think of one Masterverse figure that I would want to display with my Origins figures without it looking just odd and out of place. JMO.

I was wondering how Masterverse fits inside the Talon Fighter.

Aesthetically, maybe 40th He-Man and NE Zodac (maybe even second Teela) might look “classic” enough to look good on an Origins shelf, though I always find showing different scales / sizes together clashes a bit… But I’ve recently warmed up to having a more conceptional approach to displaying. With a larger “show” piece in the background. I think “classic” looking figures like Tri-Klops or NE Skeletor could work– in their traditional getup, respectively.

Otherwise, I agree that Two-Bad and NE Beast Man might work for an in-story explanation why they are so big. Two-Bad is like a giant from Greek myth. Beast Man can be bigger than regular figures.

I'm with you. Just too different, looks wise, to go together well for my eye.
