Based off the artwork that has already been teased, I think these have a good chance of being included in the fan vote:

1. FRIGHT ZONE & SLIME PIT VINTAGE STYLE (MANTISAUR?!)
2. THE TWO GIANTS
3. THE THREE DINOSAURS
4. LADY SLITHER'S SNAKE LAIR
5. ETERNOS CITY - MASH-UP OF 200X AND FILMATION STYLE

I think I'd like Filmation/vintage hybrid of Crystal Castle and the Giants the most. If the price is reasonable, I'll support the winning option.

Obviously, I want Colossor, but I doubt he'll be one of the choices.

I think offering multi-figure packs would be great too, especially for obscure characters.

I agree about the 6 inch scale option. Even if it would technically be branded as Masterverse, it would be nice if whatever they were to make in that scale were to at least be Classics compatible. If we could get something that has never been made before (especially something akin to many of the options that facet posted) in that scale, I would be very interested.

Heck, if they handle things carefully, they could probably find a way to make it so that it works perfectly well with the 6-inch scale figures, but will still also work reasonably well with the Origins figures. The problem with making it more scaled to the Origins figures is that, similar to Eternia, while it may kinda/sorta work as a backdrop (and in other limited capacities) with the 6-inch figures, they still aren't fully compatible with many of its features. Even if a chair or something is a little oversized compared to an Origins figure, the figure could still sit in it. And maybe they could find a way to make some aspects adjustable to accommodate for that.

Making these things as compatible as possible with all of these existing lines would help maximize making the most fans happy and therefore maximizing how many people actually back the project.

The Cartoon Collection will offer vehicles and playsets next year at retail. It's reasonable to assume this would include:
* Origins Collector
* Origins Attak Trak (cartoon style)
* Origins Castle Grayskull (cartoons style)

At some point we'll most likely see She-Ra figures join the Cartoon Collection at retail, so that would rule out:
* Origins Crystal Castle

It would be a pretty unpopular proposal for Mattel to crowd fund the remaining vintage designs that they promised us. So hopefully it won't be:
* Origins Fright Zone
* Origins Slime Pit
* Origins dinosaurs
* Origins vehicles

Some more likely projects could include:
* Origins Palace of Eternos
* Masterverse Castle Grayskull
* Lady Slither's Lair

I do like that Crystal Castle concept quite a bit, but something is really bugging me: I think I'd switch the sides, and have the Filmation styled part be on the other one. Other than that, it marries the two versions almost perfectly into one cohesive looking playset!

I can see what you mean. I might even be tempted to go up, making a taller play set. But I know the usual trope is a play set that opens out like Grayskull and Snake Mountain

If we were getting something in classics scale it'd need to be pitched as Masterverse. But i actually prefer that given they're slightly bigger scale. It'd just mean the playset would be that bit bigger.

That said; I'd really like a Masterverse Castle grayskull that's the size of the super 7 thundercats lair. That would be a hell of a centrepiece for my collection and would scale better with my classics figures that the classics castle.

of course, i understand that a lot of people here will be happy with the classics castle and crave something new. (in which case, my vote would be going to a masterverse scale Fright Zone that replicates the original playset.

I must admit though, I feel like it's going to be origins that takes the prize (even though a masterverse playset would scale even better with origins that it would to masterverse)


(oh and i love that the fright zone "concept" above uses the Marvel secret wars tower of doom playset! I spent SO many hours playing with that as a kid, if Hasbro did a crowdfunded one for their ML range, i'd be all in on day 1)

1. I rather have eternia in our hands before we jump the gun of another crowd fund. With the stories of them messing up wwe crowd fund stuff, i want to make sure they get this right before we even think of throwing more cash at them.

2. If its not fright zone/ slime pit for origins, i hope its for classics/masterverse. So those collectors can get something cool and wanted. And i need a break from expensive stuff.

You say that like it's a bad thing - but if they rebooted the Classics line with the actual classics body, yes even with single knees and elbows - even with these characters I would buy it and be super happy. $300 for 8 figures is only like $38 a figure, which is cheaper than classics was when it stopped and way cheaper than what Super7 charges. So yes - I would be over the moon happy with that!
