Just wanted to mention, if Darrell or anyone did get around to posting the specifics about the shirts, I didn't see it. I'd like to get the details to my guy ASAP so I can try to get a quote for next Sunday.

Sorry I had to miss Free Comic Book Day, but I had a blast at Q after work! (Even if I didn't get home until 2am and had to be back at work at 8am.....)

So I find out that Target IS carrying the Batman Animated Box set that hits today, and you wanna know how many copies we got in? 1. 1 freakin' copy. I checked around to see how many copies other stores got, and they all got a whopping 2. I'm guessing Target doesn't believe that non-Hanna Barbera cartoon sets will sell. But we did get 3 sets of the Superfriends....

Jimmy - did you want that Spider-Man bagged folding chair that the one dealer had at Toy Show? We do carry them at Target for $15. Let me know, and I'll pick one up for you. (Of course, I didn't realize we had them until AFTER your B-day............)

Hey All.

I've found a new connection for toys. It's some local guys at a company called toynk.com. I heard about them the other day because someone reported that they got ML 6 in. I had already placed an order with another company. But I checked their website and found out they also have the Sinister 6 and FF boxed sets. I found out they are in Elk Grove Village, just a few miles from my house, and they allow you to pick up.

So I went there today to get the boxed sets. I'm probably going to start ordering my ML from them. They got 6 in Thursday and between their preorders and everyone hearing that they got them, they are sold out.

They do have Star Wars, but not too much with the basic figures. They do have Unleashed figures. Also had McFarlane stuff, and some MOTU!

They said I could stop by anytime. They plan on moving to a larger location before the end of the year. I asked if did any shows and they said they will be at WW.

I'm not trying to take any business away from Val/He-Store and or Jimmy/GCC. Just any FYI to all. They got more stuff in their warehouse than what is shown on their website. They guys there are Tim and Mike. Real nice guys.

So I'm listening to my movie soundtracks random mp3 cd and what just came on but the He-man and She-ra themes from the 80's. Fun stuff!

Hey, hey it's Darrell punching in from Jimmy's computer. Hope all is well with everyone and hope to see everyone on sunday!

The design for the shirt is nearing completion, and the rough draft has already gotten thumbs up from Brad and Jimmy. I hope everyone likes it as well when it's done.

Brian, I didn't realize until after you had left that I totally forgot to go over stats with you concerning the shirts. BUT, there are few changes that were made anyway, due to time and something that we could all appreciate is more $$ (you know for Wizard, statues, etc. etc.). The design will be the black bat with several characters behind it, which was originally going on the back with a silk screened re-vamped horde bat logo on the front.

So Brian, (or for anyone who might have info on this before sunday to try to get the best prices), were looking at about 20 shirts with an iron-on transfer on the front close to notebook paper size. Anyone who is interested please have your money (looking at maybe $20-$30?) and shirt size available for whomever will be getting them done ASAP. Let's shoot for this sunday's meeting, Jimmy said he'd also be willing to serve as a front for anyone who can't have the money on sunday that they can leave the cash with him at a later date (but not too late) and give to whomever is in charge of shirts being done. Without the silk screen work that should cut our prices in half as well as the time it takes for them to be completed. So if you want a shirt please post (yeah, I'll take care of Henry and The Birk) or contact Jimmy, if you want a shirt(s) please say so ASAP! We need to spread the presence of the Horde at Wizard, so we've got to act now!

Dennis, if the shirt is a "little scary" please say so, I've already planned a more "G" rated shirt.

Darrell and/or Jimmy,

I'm just wondering, if we're going with iron-on, why not just go out, buy a bunch of plain white T-shirts, and do this sort of thing at Kinko's? Are you sure that a professional place would be cheaper for iron-ons?

You know I'm down for a shirt!

Also - does anybody need the following mint/loose/complete Star Wars Unleashed figures? The guy I'm getting the Red Clone Trooper from is looking to unload them. He's looking for the Spider-Man 2 Doc Ock with 30 pts. of articulation & tentacle action in trade for any 2 of the following:

Darth Sidious

EDIT: For those of you Marvel Legends Collectors, in case you weren't aware, the refreshed Unmasked Wolverine's card DOES say Series VI, as opposed to Series III. Just a heads-up to any of you collecting these MOC, in case you don't have the original release MOC.......

Oh, and if anybody sees Muppets Series 8 figures that are just starting to ship, I'm looking for Sam the Eagle & Scooter. (as the Theater Usher)

EDIT #2: Jimmy - When you get a chance, can you make that dreaded call to your NECA rep to find out about ordering the Ram Man bust? I know you're busy Thursday, but if/when you do find out, please let us know if the Ram Man order affects your future Clawful orders. I don't know if anybody besides you, me, and maybe Rizdac will want a Ram Man anyway. If you decide not to order Rammy, please let us know, and we'll give Val some business!

if anyone is interested, i found a few of the vintage OTC star wars figures at the kmart on finley & roosevelt today. $10. just han, leia, and obi wan. apparently, area meijers are getting in the case that includes luke as well. i'd definitely like to know if anyone stumbles across one of those.

i'm also curious to know if anyone's found the regular OTC figures at any local wal-marts. there's several of them i'd like to grab.
