Hey guys, thx for inviting me to the meeting today, I really scored with picking up some figs for myself and my fellow MOTU fan friend Mike who couldn't make it to the meeting (Thanks Dave!). I hope the rest of the meetings continue as well as the plans for the sculpting you are starting up. I will post more frequently here now that I know this thread exists.

It'd be nice to hope for, but there comes a time when hope isn't going to do us any good in this case. Especially now that we got the word from Dave that the line has been cancelled. It was long in coming but at least we don't have to wonder any longer. MOTU is gone. I don't see how the line could be brought back if Mattel has said it was cancelled.

Sorry for not reposonding sooner, Ive been working mad hours with Christmas coming up.

The Tucson meeting had a better turn out than I expected, hopefully we can have one more after something major comes out, maybe the Sorceress or Clawful statue so someone could show it off?

Suncoast is closing out most of its stuff. I found two mocro busts, Stratos and Tri-Klops for 6$ each.

I was also very pleased to see that there were some new faces at the last meeting and thank all of you for coming and thank you for your much needed support. I hope to see the new people more often now that they know about us.

As for show and tell for the next meeting don’t worry about that because the Clawful Statue and the He-Man busts just arrived today, so there will be something new to show everyone. Also the Fourhorsemen will be announcing something on He-man.org and their website on Monday/Tuesday regarding the new MOTU NECA line that they are working on. So be sure to check both sites around those days. This release will give us more to talk about.

Also for those of you that are interested in ordering the new products please send me a PM. For the time being I have a good bit of He-Man busts but the Clawful Statues are already sold out from the pre orders. So if you need a He-Man bust, a set of the wave 2 micro busts, or a Clawful Statue please send me a PM right away. Especially for the Clawful statue. It’s limited to 750 and I will need to place another order for them right away. I will be placing this order next Monday so please PM me by then if you are interested in one.

I've been slacking on my being there at the meetings, and I'm sorry. Not that any of you mind or even care (not being self-deprecating, just saying life goes on when I'm not around), but I'm still involved!! I'm still here!! I'm still totally a He-Fan!!

I might even have a show and tell of my own this coming meeting.

Nay of you Phoenix guys going to be in Tucson before the December meeting who are DEFINETLY going to the Decmeber meeting? I have a custom Id like to give a custom for the group to go to the meeting even though I wont be able to.

Ross att he Foothills mall got in the Samurai figures and are pricing them at 3.99. Not to bad.

Since the supplies of MOTU are dwindling. How about everyone post where they STILL cann find some figures?

I’m glad to see some more posts in here. I can’t wait to hear more info on this new 6 inch statue line. With NECA making pretty good time on the Clawful statue and the He-Man bust things are looking pretty good for this line. You may be thinking pretty good time what is he talking about. I’m just basing this off of the time they went up for sale and the time it took to arrive. It was only a few weeks wait on this puppies.

Now here’s a few things to know about this new 6in Statue line.

They will be very limited.
The first runs will be of figures we don’t have.
They will not have articulation. (Who cares I don’t play with them anyhow)
They will come with a base. (In the color of the characters faction)
They will be in the proper scale that they should be. (So there will not be the Evil Lyn’s taller than He-man problem).
AND
They will come with the proper accessories.

They already got the first 2 production samples back in the studio and I can’t wait to see pics. So be sure to check the main page frequently.

MEETING INFO
As for the next meeting in December look at the above post for the location and a map. It seriously not far from the store at all.

Also this month due to the Holiday Season I will be having a couple Holiday parties and you are all invited so check back for more info on date/time. One of these parties will be just for the fan club and I will be having a MOTU episode viewing. This viewing party will be discussed at the next meeting.

its been awhile i know, but who cares, or remembers. anyway, i just got the internet at home and have seen the news on the 6" statues and i am anticipating pictures. Dave i know these statues will be in a small production run, but they will also be kinda cheep ($20-$30) I wasn't too impressed with the snake men... but now that mattel is out of the way, and the four horseman can do what they want, i can look forward to scale figs to go along with the ones that i have. peace.

I hate working on Sundays. I won't be at the meeting, but I am going to try to make to the holiday parties for sure. Hopefully I'll see some of you then.

Andrea arrived and moved in last night, so as you can imagine, I'm pretty busy at the moment. I spoke with Troy earlier, and said I would try to make the meeting if I could. However, since I have some relatives in town, I just found out I will be meeting with them on Sunday in the late morning/early afternoon. (I thought it was gonna be saturday instead). I will TRY to make it or at least pop in for a minute at the meeting, but sadly I can't make any promises. If not, I'm sure you will all have a great time as usual. Hope everyone is doing well!
