I'm pretty sure I saw a Commemorative Skelly at a comic store in the Dayton area. I can't remember the name, but it's the one with a seperate branch accross the street set up mainly for gaming & stuff. You Dayton guys will probably know it, it looked like someone sold their collection. They had more or less 1 or everything from the SB He-Man wave and before.

Thanks guys!! I missed one locally that was only $5.99. I kick myself for passing on it not once but twice!! When i finally went back for it, it was gone.

On Friday I found the Snake Armor He-Man puzzle at the Walmart by the Great Northern Mall. I couldn't believe how excited I was about the find. It was that same excitement I had when I was 8-9 years old and saw the original toys on the pegs at K-Mart. It was the same excitement I had when I saw my first 2002 He-Man on the pegs at Walmart a couple of years ago. MAN! I really wish the toy line was still alive in the U.S.

Hey, anybody in Columbus-town been able to find the Star Wars Jr (Playskool?) bounty hunters? I have a ML Green Phoenix I'd trade for the set. I'd also take those Stormtrooper 2-packs, if available. LMK.

Yeah, I have seen them (I even own a set! how could anyone resist the cuteness?). That was a couple of weeks ago. How many playskool packs do you want of the Phoenix?

I guess I'm looking for all three sets, but I plan on opening them, so loose is okay too. Same goes for the Stormtroopers (Clonetroopers and/or Scout Troopers are also welcome). LMK.

Okay, If I see them again I will be sure to pick them up for you (I really need that Phoenix!). Also, doesn't the clonetrooper playskool only come with the playskool yoda in a 2-pack (what I mean is that I don't think there is clonetrooper 2-packs).

Yeah, the Clonetrooper's are available with Yoda, currently. Hopefully they'll make 2-packs of those like they did Stormtroopers sometime down the road.

Don't hold the Phoenix forever, if you get a trade offer, just take it. I don't want you to hold on to her forever, as it might take me awhile to find the playskool again, when I do pick them up, I will let you know.

SO. anybody found anything in Ohio at all recently? All I've been able to find is wave 1 micro busts for 1/2 off at Dayton Mall Suncoast. I'm still waiting for the Snake Men figs at Media Play to go on clearance. I didn't really want them so much, but if they go to 50% off, I'd probably get them just to "complete" my collection.

Well, today I stumbled upon 4 He-Man figs at Wal-Mart in the clearance section: IA He-Man, MP He-Man, MA He-Man and Discoteque Skelly. All at $4 a piece, but ring up at half off at the register, at least all the other Star Wars stuff did that I found at clearacne. Also had a Slime Pit for the super-low price of $19.76! How can anyone pass that up?

I just preordered one case each of Marvel Legends waves 9 and 10 through AFX and stand to have signifigant extras. If anyone wants to get in at my cost plus shipping drop me an e-mail or pm.

Since I’m getting sick of searching all over for things, I was thinking of getting in a late order on a case of Marvel Legends 9, too. Would anyone in the Columbus area be interested in the doubles from the case at cost? It would be $47.50, C.O.D., for:

War Machine
Professor X

Zinggia, I just found ML series 9 this week at Wal-mart on Rome-Hilliard Rd. I picked up 5 of the 7 since War Machine and Prof X were nowhere to be found. Funny thing is, they had plenty of Bullseye and Deathlok. I thought they were only 1 per case? Anyways, I am still looking for the other two I didn't get if anyone sees them. I need to complete my Galactus.

Also of note for you Batman fans. I was at Kaybee at Tuttle Crossing mall last night and they had put out the Batman Begins figures. They had 1 case of regular figs, 1 case of deluxe, and 3-4 Batmobiles. Regular were $7.99, deluxe $11.99, and the Batmobile $39.99. I thought these prices were a little high, but they do have a sale going on this weekend; $5 off $25 purchase or $10 off $40. They have the coupons in the store for the sale.

WOW. And I just found Phoenix this week. Last time I was in Rome Walmart I found Black Widow and the rest of that wave.

I also saw the Batman Begins toys, but thought they looked very cheap and therefor, paSSED. I don't like the scarecrow very much. But Bruce Wayne did look like Christian Bale. i guess thats a plus.

I swear, I have the worst luck when it comes to finding these (but I guess that puts me with the majority). Since series 6 I've seen next to nothing but shelf warmers. I found a green Phoenix in 6 & an Iceman in 8 and that's it. I don't campout at stores or anything, but I do try once or twice a week. I swung by WM this morning (Tuttle) and they were stocking the shelves... no ML9, tho. And now this. Why can't I collect something like TF Alternators, I see those things everywhere. AARRRRGGGG!!

And that's my rant.

Seriously, congrats on your find, Zodach. Since it sounds like this series is hitting heavier than any thus far, I guess I should just apply some patience. So... tough... though. Need... Galactus...


On the Batman Begins note (kinda), have the Fantastic4 movie figs popped up anywhere yet, other than the Thing hands & feet?

Anyone know where I can pick up some Clone Wars animated figures around Columbus? I just got both 3-packs yesterday, but I am on the hunt for the rest of them. I need the following:

Mace Windu
Dooku
Yoda
Anakin 2 (Battle Damage)
Clone Troopers (mostly White, but need Blue and Red if possible)
ARC Trooper
