Mega Construx (info about Battle Ram from Kevin Matthew at Mattel): • "So, we have a good news bad news situation. The bad news is that the Sky Sled set shown during San Diego Comic Con (that included Beast Man, Scareglow and Prince Adam) will not go into production. The great news is that it is being replaced in the lineup by a full Battle Ram that includes two new characters - Mekaneck and Tri-Klops." • "The Battle Ram can be separated into its two iconic components - the Sky Sled and the Ram. Like the original toy, it features working launchers and a space in the back for a second figure. It also includes interchangeable faces for the Sky Sled - A snake head when it is piloted by one of Skeletor's henchmen and a griffin when a Heroic Warrior is flying." • "Mekaneck will have a neck extension and Tri-Klops helmet spins so he can use his three different eyes." • "This set includes approximately 180 pieces, will retail for 19.99$ and will be available in early 2021."

Presenting the long-awaited English-language translation of a very rare official Masters of the Universe Estrela minicomic from Brazil - 'DISTANT INVASION' (1987) starring Zodac!
When Mattel licensed MOTU to Estrela in the 80's, the company published several of its own minicomics, in Portuguese. Some of them were re-do's of the US minicomics, but several of them were all-new original stories!
* Massive thanks to macbee for acquiring and sharing these scans. * Mega-thanks to Jukka Issakainen, for placing the text into the word balloons and for cleaning up all of the minicomic pages! * Portuguese-to-English translations by Danielle S. Oliveira Gelehrter aka Penny Dreadful. * Original writer - unknown * Original illustrator - unknown
It was rumored previously that Sony was exploring producing and releasing the He-Man movie through Netflix. Now, Discussing Film has learned through their sources that this appears to be the case.
Mattel gave a private showing of its MOTU Origins figures recently at Spielwarenmesse the international toy fair in Nuremberg, Germany. And a list is circulating the internet of what may have been shown. Is it accurate? We will find out soon enough at Toy Fair 2020 in New York city!
