Faction: Evil Horde
Mantenna, the evil spy with the pop-out eyes, was released in 1985 and discontinued in 1986. The figure came with a gray Horde crossbow. By raising a lever on his back, his eyes would pop out on stalks. Because of the action feature, he had no spring-loaded waist twist, and no head articulation.
