MOTU Origins Cartoon Collection Filmation He-Man was based on the character as he appeared in the 1983 He-Man and the Masters of the Universe series produced by Filmation. He-Man came with his Power Sword, removable armor, a scabbard, and the Sword of the Ancients from the episode, “Masks of Power.”
