Hotel reservations start tomorrow (Friday, Nov 14th)

Our discounted hotel block is at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter located at 10 W Rivercenter Blvd, Covington, KY 41011. This hotel is in Greater Cincinnati and is on the scenic downtown riverfront.

Reservations begin this Friday at 12:00pm (Noon) EST. We don’t expect rooms to sell out right away, but we encourage you not to wait.

Our discounted room rate starts at $199.00 a night, compared to their regular rates which can be upwards of $290 per night. We will have more information tomorrow. Thank you in advance to everyone who is interested in booking a room for the event!

Vendor registration will begin soon

We plan to have vendor registration up and running in the next few weeks. We are actively working on finalizing the vendor selection system that lets vendors pick their booth or table location. We’ll share information as we have it and we look forward to seeing all you amazing vendors at the show!

Ticket sales will begin in early 2026

Like previous years, we won’t start ticket sales until after the new year begins. In addition, we might have something special for attendees to pre-order along with tickets. Vendors will also get a chance to pre-order any special offerings.

Prices have gone up across the board on everything. But we’ve worked hard to keep things close to 2021’s show pricing.

  • MOTUFest is a 2-day show.
  • Weekend passes will be $60 each, and will only be available online!
  • Saturday and Sunday day passes are $40 each and will be available online and at the door.
  • Children 12 and under get in for free. Limit of two free child passes for each Weekend or Day pass.
  • And if there is enough interest, we might offer a very limited supply of 2-day Power Passes that provide early access to the show.
  • So please stay tuned for more info. You definitely do not want to miss out. We are so excited to see you at the show!
