Faction: Heroic Warriors
Snout Spout, the heroic water-blasting firefighter, was released in 1986. He was the third water shooting character in the line, after Kobra Khan and Dragon Blaster Skeletor. By filling his backpack with water and pushing a button on his back, you could make his trunk shoot water. He came with an axe weapon that could also be used to prop up his trunk.
