Terror Claws Skeletor, the evil leader with the claw-swinging action, was released in 1986. He was the first Skeletor figure not to include either a staff or sword – instead he included two terror claws and and snapping dinosaur accessory. By twisting his waist, internal gears would cause his arms to swing up and down, swinging his weapons up and down.

Terror Claws Skeletor came packaged on a deluxe card, with artwork on the back by Errol McCarthy. He was also packed out in a gift set with Flying Fists He-Man.
