Faction: Evil Horde
Mantisaur, the evil insectoid steed, was released in 1986. Mantisaur was a mount for Hordak, and its design was essentially a robotic praying mantis. It included a removable saddle, a rear facing cannon, and articulated front legs that could be manipulated manually.

Mantisaur came in packaged in a box with artwork on the front by Joe Chiodo. He also came in a gift set with Hordak, which featured the same artwork.
