Plot Summary: In the wake of the Battle of Bright moon, the Whispering Woods remains mostly frozen as it continues to slowly thaw. The Horde attempts to march on the rebel’s capital once more with the golden opportunity, but find themselves being pushed back thanks to the heroic efforts of the Princess Alliance. Frosta, now a permanent member of the rebellion, is enthusiastic to get into the fight, but perhaps a little bit too much as her constant energetic outbursts and attacks start to get on the nerves of the other rebels, particularly Glimmer, whom Frosta seems to respect immensely.

As the princesses continue to fight the Horde’s bots, Adora continues to train under Light Hope in her intense strife to become the best She-Ra possible. Adora opens up to her insecurities and her irritation at Catra’s choice to remain with the Horde, but Light Hope is unable to provide adequate comfort for her pupil.

Meanwhile, in the Fright Zone Entrapta has fully moved in and is now working at full-speed once more alongside Catra and Scorpia to build stronger bots after seeing the princesses effective resistance against the invading armies.

As the entire rebellion reconvenes, Bow informs that if the alliance doesn’t figure out how to stop the invading bots and heal the forest soon, Bright Moon will soon run out of resources and be forced to retreats from the Whispering Woods. A plan is formed by Bow to capture an operational bot still in tact and analyze its technology in the hopes of turning the Horde’s own weaponry against them.

Entrapta soon invents “Emily’s Kid Sister” (EKS) a significantly bigger and more powerful bot and presents it to Hordak as Catra is being praised for her effective leadership. Entrapta tells her team that she only had enough First Ones tech for four EKS’s but Catra informs her that they will get more.

As the Princess Alliance forms in the woods to capture a bot alive, they are confronted by the EKS’s. Frosta’s constant pestering and reckless actions finally reach a breaking point as Glimmer is forced to rescue her after the ice princess rushes into battle with an EKS, causing Glimmer to snap. As Frosta walks away from the group in sadness, Bow starts to doubt his plan, but Adora assures him it’s the best course of action anybody has thought of. Glimmer goes to comfort Frosta and soon finds out the ice princess had to take the throne at a very early age resulting in her missing out on the childhood opportunity to make friends. Glimmer apologizes and confesses Frosta’s energetic nature and reckless decision-making reminds her of herself, and the two swear to a loyalty of sincere friendship. Regrouping with the rest of the princesses, the team destroys all of the EKS’s save for one which they capture intact hugely thanks to Frosta’s efforts.

Catra visits Shadow Weaver in the dungeon to gloat, but as her adoptive mother continues to taunt her, she snaps and scolds the sorceress proclaiming she will be leading the Horde to victory while she rots.

Bow analyzes the EKS and soon discovers that with the specific inner workings of the bot, that only Entrapta could have built it, letting him know that she is still alive.
