Faction: Evil Warriors
Scare Glow, the evil ghost of Skeletor, was released in 1986. He reused the body from Dragon Blaster Skeletor, receiving a new head and cape. His weapon was a repaint from the original Castle Grayskull accessories. He was cast in glow-in-the-dark plastic, with black paint to show the outline of his skeleton. Early US versions of the figure had a glow-in-the-dark weapon, which was switched to green shortly thereafter. European versions also had the glow-in-the-dark weapon. He featured the standard spring-loaded waist twist feature.
