Faction: Heroic Warriors
Rotar, the heroic master of hyper spin, was released in 1987. He was essentially a humanoid top, whose internal spinning mechanism could be revved up by rubbing the point at the bottom of the figure across the floor. He came with a set of gears on a sword-shaped base that could be made to spin if he was placed on top of them. He also had an axe with a flail attached to it, so he could use it to knock down his enemies when he was spinning. His arms were ball jointed, and would move outwards via centrifugal force.
