Faction: Evil Warriors
Laser-Light Skeletor, the evil master of light energy, was released in 1988 in Europe only. He featured light-up eyes and a light-up right hand, powered by a battery in his backpack. He included a translucent Havoc Staff, which would transmit some of the light from his glowing red hand. He also had a purple cloth cape with hood.
The first versions were made in Italy, but a Spanish version was also released in 1989. It was very similar to the Italian release, only with slightly more vivid colors. The figure was not originally planned for the US line, but specifically created for the European market.
