Skeletor, the ultimate evil lord of destruction, returned in a brand new slimmer format in 1989. With a technology-infused body, his look was inspired by Laser-Light Skeletor, which came out the previous year in the Masters of the Universe line. He came with a removable helmet, cloth cape, and a newly redesigned Havoc Staff. By twisting his waist, his arms would alternative move up and down, simulating the figure attacking with staff. His arms were designed to hold the staff horizontally rather than vertically.
