Faction: Great Rebellion
Castaspella, the enchantress who hypnotizes, was released in the first wave of the Princess of Power line. She featured a collar and skirt, hypnotic wheel, and a comb. Her wheel could spin freely on her back, allowing her to “hypnotize” her enemies. There were several variations on the paint on her boots, some featuring a zig-zag pattern down the front.
