Frosta was the ice empress of Etheria in the Princess of Power line. She featured a cloth goods costume, rooted hair, a snowflake wand, and a comb. Her wand would spin and whistle when blown, which was supposed to give the impression of creating freezing wind and snow. She also had a spring-loaded waist twist feature.
