Faction: Evil Mutants
Hoove, the mule-minded mutant, was released in 1990. He had a green face and a costume dominated by metallic copper and bronze. He came with a removable helmet and a laser blaster. By anchoring the left leg on the ground and tilting the figure, the right leg could be made to kick forward and backward.
