Quakke, the boulder-busting bandit, was released in 1991. He had warty red skin and a metallic and purple costume. He came with a “grabatron meteormace” as well as a meteor that could split in half. By pushing a lever on his back, he would raise his arms and bring the meteor smashing down, breaking it in two. In this way he was supposed to be able to cause earthquakes. He even had a cool-looking seismograph on his chest!
