Starburst She-Ra, the most powerful woman in the universe, was the final She-Ra variant in the vintage Princess of Power line. She came with a cloth goods cape and skirt, removable mask/tiara, and pink versions of her sword, shield and comb. Her cape had loops that connected at her wrist, so that when you raised her arms, the starburst pattern insider her cape would become visible.
