At least three DC comic strips ran in US newspapers in 1982. They were self-contained, simple stories centered around Skeletor’s attempts to gain access to Castle Grayskull. Each of them came with a contest form to either appear in a DC Comics issue as a character, or to win a free set of Masters of the Universe comics.
