Faction: Evil Mutants
Flogg, the evil mutant commander, was released in 1989. In Europe he was known as “Brakk.” He had a purple face and a costume dominated with red, brown and silver. He came with a removable helmet, shoulder armor, an an energy whip. He had a spring-loaded right arm, allowing him to whip his weapon with considerable force!
