This is one of the german Mattel Toys Magazines. What’s Special about it is that instead of having a date next to the word “Magazine” and a text in the box in the lower right corner that would read:
“Der Schlüssel der Zeit
- Toll: Neuheiten 88
- Gewinne den Masters-Renner
- Klasse Comics”
Translation:
“The Key of Time
- Awesome: New products in ’88
- Win the Masters Racer
- Great Comics”)
The box was left empty and another box was placed over the date. According to my Friends from “Welt der Meister Magazin” this was done because the Magazine was released a second time, after the competition to win the “Masters Racer” was over and they had to remove it to avoid confusion among the readers.
