Faction: Great Rebellion
Kowl was the “know-it-owl” in the Princess of Power line. He had minimal articulation and a body covered in soft flocking. His feature was that each time you opened up the hatch on his belly, it would show a small window colored either red, yellow or green. You were supposed to ask Kowl a question and check for his “answer.” Red means no, yellow means maybe, and green means yes!
