Faction: Evil Mutants
Optikk, the evil mutant spy, was released in 1990. A fan favorite, he had a dark metallic bronze costume with a giant eyeball for a head. He also came with a blaster, cast in gray. By turning a knob on his back, you could make his eye move back and forth. His right arm was spring-loaded for a “quick draw” action feature.
