Plot Summary: With Entrapta officially on the side of the Fright Zone, the Horde settles into Dryll as Catra and Scorpia oversee the beginning occupation.
Over at the Crystal Castle, Adora continues her training showing significant improvements in combat as She-Ra. Light Hope informs her that she must form a sacred connection with her steed, and as Swift Wind shows up, the digital mentor crashes. After rebooting, Light Hope explains that the reason she crashed is because her system is overloaded. This is because her watch tower, a technological beacon that accesses her planetary mainframe was destroyed when Mara took Etheria out of the universe. If She-Ra and Swift Wind can repair the watchtower, then Light Hope will be fully operational and back at full force.

Meanwhile, consumed by guilt for leaving Entrapta behind, Glimmer and Bow decide to head to Dryll in an attempt to rescue Entrapta. As the two arrive they encounter Catra and Scorpia and misunderstand a communication Entrapta has over a trackpad as proof she is being imprisoned and tortured by the Horde. Glimmer and Bow face off against the Horde, and wind up taking Catra prisoner. Bow and Glimmer then decide to take her back to Bright Moon in the hopes of using her as a hostage exchange for Entrapta.

Adora and Swift Wind travel to a field where the remains of the watchtower float above their heads waiting to be put back together. However, Adora finds herself under a lot of stress and unable to concentrate. Swift Wind makes frequent attempts to try and get Adora to be open about and talk about her insecurities, but she only insists that she is fine, resulting in her being unable to put the tower back together.

As Glimmer and Bow take Catra back to Bright Moon, Catra does her best to give them the most difficult time imaginable filled with taunts, deliberate sabotaging of routes, and other multiple annoyances, much to her captors detriment. Eventually, one argument results in an intense exchange where Glimmer states Adora left Catra for these very reasons while Catra mocks Glimmer for believing Adora will remain her friend in the future. Eventually, Scorpia finds the three of them thanks to a force captain badge containing a tracking beacon Catra had. After an exchange between both sides where Catra threatens to have Entrapta killed if they don’t release her, Catra then reveals to Glimmer and Bow the truth that the technological princess has willingly sided with the Horde. Entrapta, still on video-call on the trackpad verifies this to her former friend’s faces.

Back at the watchtower, Adora admits to her fears that she will fail just like Mara did before her and she is not sure if she can ever find proper guidance in her journey of heroism. Swift Wind apologizes for not taking their task seriously, but the two reconcile acknowledging their strong friendship and intense desires to help one another. With their newfound bond, She-Ra and Swift Wind use their powers to repair the watchtower, bringing Light Hope back to full power.
